Great effort on Monday (yes, late post). We really put in the hard yards on the Lady D fight. The Gunship was also a great effort considering we had a huge amount of deaths and disconnects, everyone adapted REALLY well. Our 10 man runs definitely paid off!

I'm downloading what I assume to be patch 3.3.3 which means rogues get more stabby then they already were... and I'm sure other classes get a buff or 2 as well

Great effort last night for Fuarghan's raid. One shotting Fester was a great effort so nice work on that guys. I'm sure there was a bit of fist pumping in the air :)

Obviously we had a few tank issues last night with tanks unexpectedly having to depart but we all got enough of a look at Rotface to get an idea of what's going on.

This is a fight about execution of movement. Head over to my forum post which was written specifically from the perspective of Cold's raid group but may be useful for everyone.

Cans summed it up PERFECTLY last night. "The key to this fight is not to panic".

Most of you have seen me on my DK and know that he's tank specced. I'm learning, and I enjoy learning. I think I am pretty reasonable as a Hunter but the DK is where I get to learn new skills so I find that fun. Well Heroic Halls Of Reflection (aka The 7th Level of Hell) has been a thorn in my side for ages. I cant tank it. I blame healers and stuff but I know that it was my tanking technique. Today I nailed it. After some much needed "high end" tank tutelage from my tank mentors I worked out how to get through it and nailed that place.
 
It was a combination of improving and beer. The best of all combinations! (other than pork crackling and beer).
 
It just goes to show that if your DPS, Heals or Tanking skills need some work then you should go out there and read or speak to people that do more DPS, better heals, tank without dying, to get some tips. The purpose of this news item other than a bit of encouragement? To post this image:

This news post is out of order but I thought I'd bump it back to the top since I did such a poor job of getting the screenshot up. Congratulations on the Festergut kill! That's some nice DPS to take this guy down in 5 mins! 5 bosses in, come on Rotface!

TOC 25 - SMASHED

Another great effort in clearing TOC 25, even with lag on their side we still cruised thru it.

A Big thank you for sticking it out tonight (Weds 17.02) with the major lag spikes and the few disconnects to clear it and for everyone for standing up and having a real dig at my challenge.

1 more clean sweep of TOC 25 then ICC 25 here we come.

The only other nub who died in this fight was Fara from memory but there were plenty of battle resses to go around so no big drama. We FINALLY downed Anub'arak in 25 man TOC!
 
We're a bit behind the 8 ball on this one but I LOVE that we're showing we can really learn and get our shit together lately!
 
Congrats on the achievements, the loots and most of all, finally achieving this goal.
